What you will do

• Perform routine fabrication and testing tasks according to manufacturing procedures.
• Set up molds using standard tools and procedures under supervision.
• Handle materials and use auxiliary equipment such as dryers, conveyors, and chillers.
• Document work accurately and follow instructions from senior technicians.
• Inspect and measure molded parts, identify common defects, and report quality issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level profile with willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and material handling.
• Familiarity with injection, compression, blow, or thermoforming processes.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and part drawings.
• Basic communication skills and a reliable approach to assigned work.

Nice to have

• Certification or associate's degree.
