Injection Molding Operator II

Location: Kulpsville, PA, United States; onsite, third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.

What you will do

• Set up, start up, and operate multiple injection molding machines, including mold and material changes.
• Load, unload, and clean hoppers, loaders, ovens, and other production equipment.
• Operate trimming, de-gating, drilling, lathe, and X-ray testing equipment as required.
• Perform component assembly, in-process inspections, part counting, and material handling.
• Record production, quality, and process information in the company data collection system and transport work in process and finished goods.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping while following safety, quality, TPM, ISO 9000, and AS9100 requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, product specifications, work instructions, and production drawings.
• Basic math skills and ability to maintain records of production, defects, and downtime.
• Workstation computer proficiency, including file management, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to operate material-handling devices and lift up to 55 pounds without mechanical assistance.
• U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.
