Mold Change Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Georgetown, Kentucky, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Perform mold and machine changeovers and set up equipment for mold and version changes.
• Install dies according to layouts, standard work instructions, and bills of materials.
• Troubleshoot mold, press, and machine setup issues with Process Technicians and Maintenance.
• Improve machine uptime, efficiency, and repeatable molding processes.
• Document process parameters and properly handle molds, tooling, and materials.
• Participate in safety meetings, production support, overtime changeovers, continuous improvement, 5S, and standard work activities.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Completion of Paulson, Systematic I, EAM, and crane training is required.
