Location: Tufts Medical Center Cancer Center and four radiation oncology sites in Boston, Framingham, Stoneham, and Lowell, Massachusetts

Salary: $162,773.52–$207,541.52 per year

What you will do

• Provide clinical and operational oversight across four radiation oncology sites.
• Standardize workflows, documentation, ordering processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and care consistency.
• Lead radiation oncology software implementation, Epic and EHR integration, interface development, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Develop quality assurance and quality improvement programs aligned with departmental and institutional goals.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes, equipment purchasing, patient access, system development, and business growth initiatives.
• Supervise radiation oncology staff, lead multidisciplinary projects, and provide clinical care in collaboration with physicians.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical experience in radiation oncology, such as APC licensure or another allied health qualification.
• At least seven years of radiation oncology operational leadership experience covering clinical care delivery and operations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with radiation oncology software implementation, IT standardization, system integration, and interface development.
• Experience with operational oversight and team management.
• Ability to work in clinical environments involving patient contact, physical activity, hazardous materials, infectious exposure, and possible radiation or laser exposure.
