Salary: $142,879–$192,864 per year.

What you will do

  • Oversee radiation and diagnostic imaging operations across a multi-site practice.
  • Develop organizational plans, operating goals, budgets, management reports, and capacity assessments.
  • Supervise radiation and imaging staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, licensure, and clinical coverage.
  • Implement radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage radiation treatment delivery, dosimetry, brachytherapy, diagnostic imaging, equipment, supplies, charge codes, and billing processes.
  • Establish and evaluate quality assurance programs, including chart and dosimetry reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
  • At least seven years of radiation experience, including at least two years actively practicing as a radiation therapist or dosimetrist.
  • At least five years of managerial or administrative experience.
  • ARRT certification is required.
  • Valid state licensure for radiation therapy is preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the service area and work in a radiation therapy environment.

  • Certified Medical Dosimetry certificate.
