Salesforce Administrator

Location: Union City, California, United States

Salary: $114,000–$130,000 annually, depending on experience, plus an annual potential bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, customize, automate, debug, test, implement, and support Salesforce products, including Salesforce Field Service and Pardot.
• Manage users, data, security, reporting, business analysis, process automation, change requests, and system improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders and Business Systems Analysts to gather requirements, analyze complex data issues, scope solutions, and document processes.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with ERP and other systems through ETL, APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Develop reports, metrics, standard operating procedures, test scripts, and testing plans.
• Provide end-user training, customer support, UAT coordination, and ongoing recommendations on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, user administration, platform features, and administration best practices.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Pardot, Salesforce Maps, and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of data and integration architectures, business analysis, implementation, training, and customer support.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English is required. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, APIs, SOQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and web UI frameworks is desirable.
