What you will do

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as ERP and data platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain data integrity, compliance, and security.
• Create technical documentation, support end users, and recommend improvements based on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.
• Understanding of data modeling, user management, security models, and Salesforce automation tools including Flows and Process Builder.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, third-party tools, and AppExchange applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, plus problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator.
