Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

Location: Washington, DC, United States; hybrid schedule

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop recommendations for service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, scoped applications, and a service portal.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and collaborate with remote teams and clients.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or commensurate experience.
• At least 6 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow system.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services.
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL certification, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
