TL;DR

Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer: Supporting USSS Network Operations and Security Center through the design, configuration, and administration of ServiceNow modules with an accent on ITSM strategy and service delivery. Focus on building scoped applications, service portals, and ensuring high-level security and performance configurations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (Hybrid remote)

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow applications, including security settings and workflows.
  • Design and develop scoped applications and service portals.
  • Create complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support ITSM efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level recommendations for service management policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with remote teams and clients to deliver scalable IT service solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience with 6+ years as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • US citizenship required to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow system and ITIL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
