Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States; remote work may be available for candidates who are not within commuting distance of an Axos office location.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year, plus discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce declarative customizations and automations, including Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Configure and maintain nCino functionality, packages, loan origination system support, and banking system integrations.
• Manage users and roles, reports, dashboards, Agile workflows, releases, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Participate in Agile planning, development, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Gather requirements, perform business analysis, troubleshoot user issues, and liaise between business stakeholders and IT.
• Deliver training, webinars, and documentation while monitoring adoption metrics and identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience building custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data integrity best practices.
