Change Consultant – Technological Change

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; based at the Wilmington Office Building or a hirify.global site/office location

Salary: $85,801–$134,064 annually, plus a 6% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead change management for major technology-enabled initiatives in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
• Develop integrated change plans covering stakeholder impacts, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Translate technical changes into clear business and employee impacts.
• Design and deliver stakeholder interventions, including training materials and programs.
• Track adoption and readiness metrics while addressing resistance and risks.
• Align initiatives with enterprise change standards, tools, and portfolio governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading change management for technology or digital initiatives.
• Experience working with IT, data, product, or system implementation teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, digital, data, AI, or enterprise system implementations.
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar change certification.
• Familiarity with adoption and readiness metrics.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.
