Business Performance Improvement - People & Change - HR Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid workplace with in-person work at local hirify.global offices and client sites, including local or out-of-state travel. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $126,000–$202,000 annual base salary, plus a 12% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $141,120–$226,240.

What you will do

• Lead HR transformation programs, including operating model redesign, service delivery strategy, organizational design, and technology enablement.
• Advise CHROs and executive stakeholders, translating HR diagnostics and maturity assessments into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce strategies, talent frameworks, and strategies across recruiting, succession, learning and development, and leadership pipelines.
• Implement and optimize HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow, including AI, machine learning, and automation use cases.
• Lead change enablement initiatives and manage multiple client engagements, work plans, and delivery teams.
• Develop client relationships, proposals, market presence, repeatable methodologies, and business opportunities for the HR Transformation practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience leading HR transformation programs, organizational design, workforce planning, HR technology implementation, and change enablement.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation within HR functions and translating business needs into AI-enabled use cases.
• Strong executive presence, client relationship management, business development, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in a global professional services consulting firm.
• Experience with process mapping or analytics tools.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or similar certification.
