East Region: Business Performance Improvement - People & Change - Change Management Associate Director (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, Boston, or Washington, DC, with work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites; travel may include out-of-state locations. Not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $163,000–$278,000 per year, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $189,080–$322,480.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day change management delivery for ERP transformation programs using platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as a Change Management Office or PMO leader while coordinating with ERP system and business integrators.
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, role-based training, and training development for ERP end users.
• Conduct change impact inventories, persona- and function-based impact assessments, readiness surveys, and post-go-live adoption analytics.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops and UAT readiness sessions with business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals, solution design, and client presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Consulting, Change Management, or HR Transformation; management consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience leading change programs for ERP platforms, including at least two of HCM, RTR, PTP, LWM, or PTM modules.
• Experience developing impact assessments, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training needs analyses, and resistance management plans.
• Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and tracking adoption after ERP go-live.
• Leadership and supervisory experience, including mentoring, performance feedback, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• PROSCI or equivalent change management certification.
• PMP or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, change management tools, LMS platforms, and AI productivity tools.
• Experience analyzing HR or operational processes in the context of SAP-driven change.
