Change Management Senior Specialist

Salary: $70,320–$105,480 per year

What you will do

• Apply the company’s change management methodology to deliver the people side of organizational changes.
• Develop integrated change management, communication, training, and sponsorship plans.
• Identify people-related risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
• Partner with project leaders, sponsors, stakeholders, and business teams to assess change scope and impact.
• Guide execution of change activities to drive adoption and optimize business benefits.
• Measure change success through adoption, utilization, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years leading small- to medium-sized change management efforts or integrating change with project plans.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and the people side of change.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, root cause identification, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and operate effectively in new and ambiguous situations.
