Senior Change Management Consultant (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; onsite work at a client location or hirify.global office may be required, with remote work available when compatible with client and company needs.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise change management initiatives covering business processes, systems, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Advise client stakeholders on change environments, AI use cases, adoption, value realization, and readiness.
• Develop AI-informed strategies for communications, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, learning, and outcome measurement.
• Design AI-supported data collection, sentiment analysis, adoption metrics, risk modeling, and trend analysis.
• Facilitate interviews, leadership meetings, workshops, design sessions, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Lead and mentor OCM team members while ensuring quality, consistency, and ethical use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale change management in large organizations.
• Progressive career growth within the organizational change management discipline.
• Experience owning high-quality client deliverables, including strategic communications and training materials.
• Knowledge and practical application of PROSCI and other change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
