Change Management Senior Associate (Workforce Transformation)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, or Washington, DC, United States. Hybrid work with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site; travel is typically 40–50% and may occasionally reach 80%.

Base salary: $110,400–$140,760 per year.

What you will do

• Support workforce transformation engagements involving organizational change, HR, payroll, and workforce operations.
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, capacity, risks, and capability needs, translating findings into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Design and execute communication strategies, facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions, and deliver presentations.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce, HR, payroll, and organizational-readiness data.
• Manage assigned workstreams, resolve challenges, escalate risks, and support timely engagement delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, client meetings, team coaching, practice development, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related work experience; consulting practice experience is preferred.
• Experience with program or project management, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training, culture awareness, or job role design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project.
• Ability to use productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI tools for analysis, communication, and work acceleration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, La Marsh, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or CPP.
• Experience with Camtasia, Canva, Poll Everywhere, or similar communication technologies.
• Experience in a similar consulting practice.
