Change Management Consultant

What you will do

• Develop and implement change management strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
• Analyze business functions, identify stakeholders, and conduct change impact assessments.
• Create and execute communication plans to inform and align stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.
• Develop training and readiness activities to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Track adoption metrics, coach leadership on change methodologies and governance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Apply project management discipline to coordinate workstreams, manage risks, resolve issues, and identify additional client opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Management consulting, professional services, and/or Big Four consulting experience.
• Experience managing large-scale organizational change in complex or matrixed environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, emotional intelligence, analytical ability, and executive presence.
• Ability to work independently, partner with leadership, coach change champions, and adapt communication for different audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice to have

• Prosci certification or knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, or other change management frameworks.
• Experience in business process transformation and project management.
• Master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications.
