Class Action Litigation Associate (Employment Law)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid role based in the Seattle office

Salary: $207,500–$245,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonuses

What you will do

• Defend employers against agency discrimination charges and employment-related lawsuits.
• Handle wage-and-hour class and collective actions and provide related advice and counseling.
• Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination requirements.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Manage matters involving discrimination, contracts, employment torts, wage and hour claims, and non-compete disputes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of experience defending class action litigation.
• Admission to the Washington Bar and good standing are required.
• Strong desire for early courtroom exposure.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
