Trainee Account Executive (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support work across multiple healthcare accounts and take on key account tasks.
• Learn the fundamentals of agency tactics and their strategic application.
• Coordinate between account, digital, creative, supplier, and client stakeholders.
• Assist with project and creative briefs, client communication, and traffic management.
• Collaborate with departments across the agency to solve problems and support account delivery.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, involvement, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Developing understanding of project briefs and creative briefs.
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Good people skills and the ability to work across agency departments.
• Spanish and English are required.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement for at least six months is mandatory.
