What you will do

• Manage and negotiate annual renewals for an assigned rated client portfolio.
• Execute the annual renewal strategy and proactively identify upselling opportunities.
• Promote additional products, including dental and vision coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers through regular communication.
• Lead general and complex enquiries, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in account management, client relationship management, or a related commercial function.
• Ability to negotiate renewals and identify opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Ability to manage client and broker enquiries and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Madrid, Spain.
