Location: Remote in Maryland, United States

Salary: $21.75–$31.50 per hour

What you will do

• Organize staff and workloads to meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Provide functional supervision, workflow direction, and day-to-day guidance when the supervisor is absent.
• Facilitate team meetings, support employee reviews, and provide performance feedback.
• Train and coach associates to reduce errors and improve operational performance.
• Gather and maintain operational records, including time cards and training data.
• Track KPIs, identify trends, and support customer needs and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Basic addition and subtraction skills, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Experience with SAP, Catalyst, another inventory management system, or Pro-track.
