Customer Supply Chain Operations Lead

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 annually, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, location, skills, knowledge, and experience. The role is also eligible for participation in incentive plans.

What you will do

• Own customer supply chain execution across the order-to-cash cycle, including service, inventory, and compliance performance.
• Monitor order fill, OTIF, inventory health, and on-shelf availability KPIs; identify and escalate operational risks.
• Analyze operational data and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support decision-making.
• Lead root-cause problem solving for service failures, fines, and execution issues, and execute corrective action plans.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer teams on forecasting, promotion planning, portfolio changes, and joint business planning.
• Lead or support projects involving new tools, systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience executing against KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and supply chain systems.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Alpharetta, Georgia office schedule is required.
