Deliver Business Unit Integration Co-Op (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid in Raritan, New Jersey, United States; 40 hours per week from January to June 2027.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple MedTech Deliver projects with action plans, status updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support new product launches, continuous improvement, S&OP reviews and governance, network optimization, and supply chain process improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Distribution Operations, and Transportation teams.
• Conduct strategic problem-solving and cost-benefit analysis to identify value and process improvements.
• Prioritize concurrent initiatives and develop creative solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.

Requirements

• Completion of undergraduate freshman year and current enrollment at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, or PhD in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Data analytics skills, including data ingestion, connectivity, visualization, and data-quality validation.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and project management.
• Previous understanding of supply chain operations.
• Transparent communication of objectives.
