Focus on coordinating receiving and shipping, maintaining FIFO and cycle counts, leading 5S and Lean improvements, and ensuring safe operations under EH&S, DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements.
Location: United States of America, Kansas (Remote)
Salary: $77,270–$113,322 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do
- Supervise receiving, storage, staging, and shipping operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO adherence, and effective inventory controls.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members, including performance reviews and cross-training.
- Drive 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating recycling and vendor services.
- Manage P-Card purchases, support contingency planning, and serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift.
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP, plus knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, communication, and team development skills.
