Supply Chain Internship (Remote)

What you will do

• Assist with procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier research and quote comparisons.
• Support purchase order and contract administration.
• Analyze spend, supplier, and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records, reports, and supplier documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support purchasing needs.
• Contribute to supply chain projects focused on process improvement and cost optimization, including presentations and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Preferred junior or senior standing; other class levels may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with an interest in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
