In-Home Sales Representative

Location: St. Cloud, MN; on-site. One-time training session in Madison, WI.

Compensation: base salary plus sales commission and performance bonus; average earning potential of $200,000–$300,000 per year with uncapped earnings.

What you will do

• Meet potential clients in their homes and demonstrate renovation products and services.
• Conduct timely sales presentations and prepare accurate estimates.
• Maintain detailed customer documentation throughout the sales process.
• Provide customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
• Attend two to three pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day without cold-calling or lead generation.

Requirements

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments; Saturday evening appointments are not required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
• Availability to attend a one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Nice to have

• Experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales.
