What you will do
- Analyze client and project profitability, monitor margins, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Support revenue recognition, billing, monthly accruals, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Lead revenue and margin forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Partner with Client Services and Operations on commercial decision-making, pricing, contracts, and project structures.
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Center on accounting topics including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, tracking tools, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data and financial models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English required.
