What you will do
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for global logistics and freight spend.
- Analyze logistics and transportation costs, market fluctuations, operational changes, and budget variances.
- Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams on savings initiatives, productivity projects, and operational improvements.
- Validate and track logistics savings projects and report financial benefits.
- Provide KPI analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations to senior business leaders.
- Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools while contributing to transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or Logistics Finance.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, or logistics environments.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience with freight, transportation, logistics, or global supply chain operations.
- Power BI or other data visualization expertise.
- Knowledge of procurement savings methodologies and cost optimization programs.
- Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership.
- Project management and process improvement skills.
