Manager, HR Business Partner

Location: Las Vegas, NV; onsite position. Flexible availability may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to venues and office locations.

Salary: $83,000–$125,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Advise leaders and employees on HR matters, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and inclusive workplace practices.
• Implement performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and change management initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, organizational design, grievances, and labor relations processes.
• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence across compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, communications, learning and development, and employee services.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions, workforce planning, process improvements, and business performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Experience across performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, compliance, and change management.
• Demonstrated labor relations experience, including union relationships, collective bargaining agreements, negotiations, grievances, and labor-law compliance.
• Knowledge of employment-related state and federal laws and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, collaboration, conflict-resolution, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
