Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States; in-office 5 days a week

Salary: $115,000–$160,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to align talent strategies, workforce plans, and organizational priorities.
• Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, employee challenges, accountability, and team performance.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent reviews, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive culture, engagement, employee experience, and organizational transformation programs.
• Use workforce analytics and business insights to identify risks and develop data-driven solutions.
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, policies, sales incentives, compensation, promotions, and internal mobility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting sales, marketing, product, or other customer-facing organizations.
• Experience addressing organizational challenges through talent, leadership, engagement, and workforce strategies.
• Experience leading organizational change, business expansion, or transformation initiatives focused on automation and productivity.
• Strong business acumen, workforce analytics skills, communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work in the Englewood Cliffs office 5 days per week.

• HR certification.
