Accounting Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Prepare product costing journal entries and complete the monthly financial close.
• Prepare month-end financial statement analysis, performance reports, and property tax reports and payments.
• Manage Natural Gas, Electricity, and Catalyst reporting.
• Track capital projects and support budget preparation and quarterly updates.
• Assist with audits, maintain Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, and prepare additional reports.
• Coordinate with other departments and supervise Accountant and Senior Accountant staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least five years of accounting experience in a plant manufacturing environment.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring onsite work.
