What you will do
- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documentation and perform periodic control testing, including monthly revenue testing, SSAE 16 controls, and quarterly signoffs.
- Prepare government surveys, filings, employee benefit plan financial statements, and related external audit materials.
- Support statutory international audits by reconciling and tying out financial information.
- Participate in the monthly close by distributing intercompany and other key reports and contributing to consolidated financial statements.
- Assist with Forms 10-Q and 10-K disclosures, earnings release documents, corporate information packages, and auditor requests.
- Use SAP general ledger, Hyperion, and company data retrieval tools for accounting and reporting assignments.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in accounting.
- One to three years of experience performing routine accounting assignments.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards, practices, and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act internal control requirements.
- Basic knowledge of PC software.
