Location: US (Remote); candidates must be US or Puerto Rico residents. The role is regionally aligned to Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina and requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned geography.

Salary: $122,250.00–$176,583.33 annually.

What you will do

  • Serve as the field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance for Kevzara.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Specialty Pharmacies, Kevzara Connect, and program vendors to support patient pull-through.
  • Facilitate communication between specialty pharmacies and prescribers to help maintain medication access and adherence.
  • Educate healthcare provider office personnel on reimbursement support, prior authorizations, appeals, free drug programs, and financial assistance.
  • Conduct compliant HCP office or specialty pharmacy site visits, resolve escalated issues, and provide approved product coverage information.
  • Monitor payer and utilization management requirements, identify operational gaps, and coordinate account prioritization and follow-up with field sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another relevant industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, co-promote environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, programs, HCP offices, and specialty pharmacy sites; approximately 50% travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
