Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritisation of the Openbank app experience for individual customers.
• Lead a cross-functional squad and align Engineering, Design/UX, Data, Operations, Growth, Risk, Legal, and Compliance around customer and business outcomes.
• Define and manage product metrics covering activation, engagement, conversion, retention, self-service, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous discovery using product data, customer feedback, UX research, and experimentation.
• Translate customer and business needs into hypotheses, MVPs, product requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Monitor post-launch performance and improve, iterate, or change product direction based on evidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience owning mobile-first consumer products from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Experience leading a cross-functional squad in a complex, product-led organisation.
• Strong product sense and a track record of simplifying complex journeys and delivering intuitive customer experiences.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems from idea through shipped product and measurable outcomes, including zero-to-one, major feature, or product-rebuild work.
• Data-informed approach with experience in funnels, instrumentation, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
• Fluent English required. Fluent Spanish is preferred.

• Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or another regulated digital environment.
