Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Own a domain roadmap and deliver shipped outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to measurable impact, with an accent on customer discovery, fast prototyping (including with AI tools), and partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data. Focus on building the commercial case for the roadmap by connecting product decisions to P&L implications and navigating ambiguous problem spaces.

What you will do

• Own a domain roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped impact.
• Stay close to customers to understand needs and how hirify.global supports their business.
• Prototype quickly (including with AI tools) to validate ideas before committing engineering time.
• Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer.
• Build the commercial case for what you ship, including P&L implications of the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience ideally in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative instincts and comfort working with data in detail.
• Commercially minded and customer-centric, able to balance both.
• Must be based in Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, or Slovenia.
