Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, or Slovenia

What you will do

• Own a product domain roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition through shipped impact.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into meaningful financial product features.
• Prototype quickly, including with AI tools, to validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
• Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer.
• Build the commercial case for roadmap decisions and understand their P&L implications.
• Join one of three high-impact domains: Integrations, Risk Engine, or Activation, with placement based on fit, interests, and business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience ideally in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with detailed data.
• Commercially minded and customer-centric approach.
