Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the roadmap and strategy for data solution products.
• Lead the day-to-day product direction of a team of engineers and mentor other Product Managers.
• Identify new revenue streams and develop data-driven value propositions for merchants.
• Collaborate with Merchant Solutions, Marketing, merchants, and connectivity teams to shape products and resolve technical blockers.
• Manage senior stakeholders, including CXO-level executives, and communicate product performance.
• Establish KPIs, improve delivery processes, and represent the products at conferences and client meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, preferably with data-related products.
• Thorough understanding of PSD2, AIS, and Open Banking from technical and customer perspectives.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and codebases to understand complex logic and troubleshoot data flows.
• B.Sc. or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical leadership, validation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to implement and automate workflows with AI tools such as LLMs, image-generation tools, or specialized agents.
