Technical Product Manager (Open Banking)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden or Malaga, Spain; office-based with four days per week on-site

hirify.global Payments is a Swedish fintech providing real-time account-to-account payments through open banking and its proprietary payment infrastructure across European markets.

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for data solution products in alignment with instant payment objectives.
• Lead engineers functionally by providing delivery direction, product vision, and mentorship.
• Identify new revenue streams and merchant use cases for hirify.global’s data assets.
• Collaborate with Merchant Solutions, Marketing, and merchants to translate feedback into market-ready features and packages.
• Manage CXO-level stakeholders, product health, delivery processes, and technical blockers.
• Establish KPIs, validate product hypotheses, and represent hirify.global at conferences and client meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, preferably with data-related products.
• Thorough technical and customer-facing understanding of PSD2, AIS, and Open Banking.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and codebases, troubleshoot data flows, and work through ambiguity.
• B.Sc. or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical leadership and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical data concepts.
• Proven ability to identify, implement, and automate workflows with AI tools such as LLMs, image-generation tools, or specialized agents.
