What you will do

  • Drive product strategy and increase hirify.global’s website overall conversion for registrations and leads.
  • Collaborate with website stakeholders including local markets, SEO, content, product marketing, and legal teams.
  • Build expertise in your product area by combining user research, analytics, and market analysis.
  • Drive value analysis by articulating complex problems, setting vision, and delivering outcomes.
  • Steer value engineering daily with growth engineers (fullstack developers) and brand designers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience with a strong growth mindset, ideally in B2B SaaS or FinTech environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Content Square, and AB testing tools.
  • Experience with Kanban and/or lean management methods.
  • User-centric approach with an eye for UX details.
  • Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights and action plans.
  • Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch.
