Principal Product Manager - AI

Location: Hybrid in London, Paris, or Barcelona

What you will do

• Define durable AI product direction across multiple product areas.
• Identify high-impact customer and business problems and turn them into evidence-backed product bets.
• Evaluate where AI creates value beyond deterministic automation, including faster work, improved reliability, and new intelligence.
• Make trade-offs across value, adoption, quality, risk, data readiness, capacity, and opportunity cost.
• Own product outcomes from baselines and targets through launch, adoption, quality guardrails, and post-release learning.
• Coordinate a portfolio of AI agents, features, and shared data foundations while influencing multiple squads without formal authority.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience with complex products, platforms, or cross-functional product systems.
• Experience shaping strategy beyond a single squad and delivering sustained customer and business outcomes.
• Experience with AI, ML, automation, or data products, including model capabilities, evaluation, data dependencies, and operational risk.
• Strong judgement in ambiguity, systems thinking, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience influencing without authority and maintaining high standards for quality, trust, and security.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is ideal.
