Maintenance Planner (Aviation)

Location: On-site Raleigh office, United States; not a remote or hybrid position.

What you will do

• Forecast maintenance requirements and coordinate schedules.
• Produce, oversee, and update maintenance plans for the 135 Maintenance department.
• Evaluate schedule expansion or update proposals and adjust plans to improve efficiency.
• Monitor inconsistencies, track progress, and report issues.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and other tracking tools while supporting Maintenance Control with scheduling issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in aviation, preferably in a corporate aviation environment.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, time management, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; more than proficient in Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
