Maintenance Planner (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; onsite industrial role with customer-site visits

Compensation: $32.60 per hour plus a 10% bonus target.

What you will do

• Develop plans, schedules, milestones, and outage scopes for capital and major maintenance projects.
• Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings, establish work priorities, and coordinate deadlines with supervisors and stakeholders.
• Visit customer sites to monitor maintenance project progress and inspect job sites.
• Track work orders, schedules, backlog, KPIs, and project progress using CMMS tools.
• Identify critical-path obstacles, analyze performance data, and present findings to management.
• Coordinate vendors and supplies in accordance with purchasing and procurement policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination in an industrial or power plant setting.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore and visit customer and industrial job sites.
• Valid driver license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to noise, temperature extremes, steam lines, rotating equipment, and elevated platforms.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Maximo and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical and piping systems.
• Experience with Maximo implementation, CAD 2000, SQL, and Oracle databases in industrial applications.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
