Specialist – Maintenance Planning (Shutdown)

Location: Didipio Operations, Philippines; onsite role

What you will do

• Create and oversee maintenance shutdown and project schedules for process fixed plant areas.
• Develop medium- and long-term shutdown plans aligned with the major events calendar.
• Finalize detailed work-order plans, schedules, scopes, task breakdowns, and resource allocations.
• Prepare shutdown risk assessments, identify high-risk HSEC elements and Simultaneous Operations, and coordinate tooling, equipment, materials, and work packs.
• Monitor shutdown execution, communicate progress, adjust timelines, and plan emergent work.
• Manage shutdown demobilization, material returns, rotable spares, and improvements to future shutdowns and the computerized maintenance management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of experience in maintenance shutdown planning and scheduling for fixed plant equipment or a related industry.
• Experience with material planning and supply chain processes.
• Maintenance engineering background and experience, preferably in mining or a related industry.
• Valid professional driver’s license and PRC professional license or relevant board/bar examination qualification.
• Valid working rights in the Philippines are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
