Full-Cycle Recruiter (AI/ML)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA; remote candidates will not be considered.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
• Source and evaluate candidates through high-signal channels, portfolios, and projects.
• Communicate complex AI product concepts to technical candidates.
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across engineering, product, and GTM roles.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to engineering and product candidates.
• Experience working independently in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience building and optimizing recruiting operations, including workflow automation.
• Strong talent evaluation and bar-setting skills, including assessment of non-traditional candidate profiles.
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies and recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted or vibe-coding approaches for automating recruiting workflows.
• Experience with People Ops or HR functions, including onboarding, performance reviews, and leveling.
