Business Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States; 5-day in-office environment

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for business and operations roles across Strategic Projects, Operations, GTM, and other business functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines from elite finance, consulting, private equity, and technology firms.
• Partner with the Lead Business Recruiter and founding team to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run rigorous interviews.
• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, candidate experience, and offer-closing processes.
• Represent hirify.global's mission and opportunity to high-caliber candidates and close successful hires.
• Track recruiting funnels, model conversion at each stage, and iterate on performance.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience across agency and in-house recruiting.
• Demonstrated success identifying, attracting, and closing strong talent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with founders, traders, and GTM leaders.
• High agency, low ego, strong work ethic, competitive drive, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Comfort working five days per week in the San Francisco office.
• Genuine interest in AI, human data, and the role of talent in bringing data to market.

• Recruiting experience at a top executive search firm, strong in-house recruiting team, or high-growth technology or AI startup.
• Experience hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.
• A personal network in elite finance, consulting, private equity, or technology talent pools.
• Successful transition into AI from finance, consulting, search, or operating roles.
