Founding Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $175K–$210K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and other roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent standards, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Build and improve recruiting processes, structures, tools, and coordination workflows.
• Source exceptional candidates proactively and represent hirify.global’s mission, product, and market to prospective hires.
• Optionally take ownership of HR and People Operations on an interim, as-needed basis.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience closing strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying on inbound applications.
• High ownership and comfort operating without an established playbook.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create processes and structure from the ground up.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco or New York City.
