hirify.global provides healthcare services through Elliot Health System and operates the onsite occupational health clinic for GE Aerospace.

What you will do

  • Lead the clinical, operational, administrative, and financial management of the onsite occupational health clinic.
  • Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop clinical staff while supporting hiring, staffing, payroll, and performance management.
  • Oversee pre-placement evaluations, injury and illness management, first aid, immunizations, fitness-for-duty assessments, crisis intervention, and return-to-work coordination.
  • Manage disability cases, workers’ compensation reviews, health surveillance programs, regulatory compliance, and employee safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with EHS, Human Resources, business leaders, healthcare providers, workers’ compensation representatives, and external partners.
  • Monitor operational and financial metrics, prepare reports and budgets, and continuously improve occupational health processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved registered nursing program.
  • BSN or higher degree in nursing required; a master’s degree in nursing or healthcare is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire required.
  • Professional specialty certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire.
  • At least three years of recent ambulatory clinical experience preferred.
  • Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
