Registered Nurse, Health Center Group Manager

Location: Ooltewah, Tennessee, United States; limited quarterly travel to Virginia and Arkansas. Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Oversee two or more health centers and associated service lines across multiple contracts.
• Lead health center managers, technical team leads, medical directors, and clinical providers through staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage daily operations, workflows, schedules, timecards, budgets, supplies, equipment, medications, and laboratory resources.
• Develop site goals, monitor performance guarantees, patient utilization, referrals, patient flow, and satisfaction.
• Lead process improvement, root-cause analysis, action planning, quality initiatives, and AAAHC standards support.
• Coordinate communications with clients, corporate departments, site leaders, and medical directors; provide patient care when qualified and needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers.
• At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Large-group management experience and knowledge of CDC, WHO, APIC, or other infection-prevention standards.
• Occupational Health certification such as COHN or COHN-S may be required at some sites.
