Occupational Health Registered Nurse

Location: Lincoln, NE, USA; Monday–Friday, first shift, with no weekend or holiday work.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical and occupational health operations.
• Manage occupational health records, equipment, programs, OSHA reports, and worker medical files.
• Provide or manage physical evaluation programs and healthcare services required by OSHA, the Department of Transportation, the CDC, and other regulations.
• Assess healthcare needs and implement programs supporting employee health and return to work.
• Identify accommodations and restricted-duty options in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Contribute occupational health expertise to injury prevention, health surveillance, and health promotion initiatives.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted state license as a registered nurse.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare field.
• Understanding of federal and state occupational and environmental health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and medical databases.
• BLS certification.
• Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and professionalism.
