Demand and Supply Planner (f/m/d)

Location: Barchon, Belgium

Base compensation: €3,800–€4,100 per month, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting across short-, mid-, and long-term planning horizons to support product availability and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate market trends, promotions, launches, and delistings into demand plans.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning master data, and replenishment strategies in SAP and IBP.
• Support the S&OP process by preparing data, contributing to consensus meetings, and providing insights on availability and product lifecycle activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and service levels, analyze deviations, and drive improvement actions.
• Manage orders and co-packing activities with production sites, suppliers, and co-packers while addressing quality issues, SLOB management, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education or at least two years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or a related function.
• Solid experience in demand forecasting; FMCG experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of SAP, IBP, and BI tools.
• Very good English, minimum B2, for effective communication in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills covering statistics, data analysis, and business interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder influence, assumption challenging, and a proactive ownership mindset.
