Regional Category Manager (Procurement)

Salary: €79,800–€137,770 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage IT procurement supporting approximately $160 million in spend across Johnson & Johnson companies.
• Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with business and sector needs.
• Build relationships with IT, Procurement, Global Services, business units, and other partner groups.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, improvement initiatives, innovation, and value delivery.
• Lead sourcing strategy execution, negotiations, contract implementation, and supplier performance against targets.
• Develop processes, policies, guidelines, and content that improve end-user efficiency and procurement compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Broad understanding of business operations, procurement, category management, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with prioritization, cost and customer-service trade-offs, problem solving, and managing ambiguity.
• Skills in business relationship building, business acumen, critical thinking, and data analysis.
