Vein to Vein Planner - Sunday to Wednesday (4 × 10-hour shifts)

Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium. Onsite role with a compressed schedule of Sunday to Wednesday, four 10-hour shifts, supporting weekend and off-hours operations across EMEA.

What you will do

• Provide planning oversight for the end-to-end patient order journey and monitor inbound, outbound, and manufacturing activities.
• Reschedule activities when required and act as an escalation point for operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Couriers, Global Planning, Commercial, warehouse, manufacturing, and treatment-site teams.
• Execute contingency plans and support patient material movements across the EMEA supply chain.
• Create invoices and reports, manage user and site setup, prepare courier documentation, and track operational metrics.
• Update work instructions, SOPs, and manuals while supporting site certification and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Cell & Gene Therapy.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex operational information clearly.
• Experience with critical issue management, problem solving, and operational risk resolution.
• Ability to work Sunday to Wednesday in four 10-hour shifts, including weekend and off-hours coverage.
• Ability to work under the permanent contract within the 12-month V2V EMEA weekend working model pilot.

Nice to have

• Planning, scheduling, or customer-facing experience.
• ERP experience, such as SAP, and familiarity with EU2, COI/C, ATSM, or CCM systems.
• Logistics or transportation experience.
• Experience in launch, scale-up, or start-up environments.
