Salesforce Delivery Lead (Journey Circle)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days per week in the office and two days at home

What you will do

• Lead execution of Program Increment plans for the Journey Circle, coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Optimize the flow of valuable technology solutions by reducing dependencies, hand-offs, and systemic waste.
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning events, including capacity for technical enablers, refactoring, and operational work.
• Build cross-team feedback loops through reviews, retrospectives, metrics, assessments, dashboards, and visible work boards.
• Escalate and track risks and impediments while improving predictability, quality, and speed to market.
• Coordinate cross-team communication, team building, delivery practices, and resourcing for critical bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant technology experience and experience delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Program management experience in an Agile environment or related experience.
• Experience with multi-team planning, retrospectives, dependency management, and delivery of epics and releases.
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to align solutions with business objectives.
